It is part of a renovated old farmhouse, typically Breton, quiet in the middle of the fields while being close to the sea, on the Lézardrieux peninsula. It is conveniently located for visiting the Île de Bréhat, Perros Guirec and the Pink Granite Coast, the Talbert furrow, the cliffs of Plouha, Paimpol, Tréguier, Pontrieux... among others. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: * Kitchen open to living room equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, 5 gas fires, toaster, filter coffee maker, Tassimo pod coffee maker, kettle, blender; flat screen TV, DVD player and large sofa bed, large table with 5 chairs + baby high chair, desk * WC, washing machine/dryer, sink with mirror, large closet with iron and ironing board, laundry rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products. Upstairs: *Spacious bedroom open to shower room. King size bed 180x200, crib, rocking chair sporting equipment: rowing *Bathroom with XXL walk-in shower (160), two sinks with mirrors, hair dryer. baby equipment: bathtub and changing mat. Bed linen as well as towels, washcloths, tea towels... are provided. The bed is made before you arrive. Large 4,000 m² property with children's play area (trampoline, slides, swings, ping-pong table, and pétanque court) to be shared with the owners; there are also animals (dwarf goats, chickens, cats). Private parking (free) near the cottage. Terrace with table, chairs, barbecue. Garden area with sunbathing and picnic table. Local bikes. FREE WIFI The cottage is adjoining another cottage for 4 people. This gîte can be rented with a hot tub (see listing “Cocon Douillet avec Jacuzzi”); it is the same accommodation but with the addition of a hot tub. Other things to note Maximum capacity of the cottage: 2 people (3 if there is a baby under 2 years old). No heating from May 15 to September 30. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the cottage.
