Experience staying in an old house, currently being respecting its original features. Room 1, called “Elena”, is a room with a double bed and private bathroom, for 1 to 2 people. No children. The building is in the traditional Estación neighborhood, opposite the Parque de las 3 Centurias, 7 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the FNSM. For your convenience, you will find delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. The space Room 1, "Elena", is a 10 m2 space, with a private bathroom, located on the first floor. You access the building by the staircase to a common hall that connects to a central corridor/patio where all the rooms are located. Smoking area in the outside hallway, no smoking inside the rooms Guest access Room 1, "Elena" is on the first floor. When you arrive at the property, you go up the stairs and you reach a small hall and when you pass it you reach the central courtyard where there are several apartments and rooms (remember that it is an old house, neighborhood type).
