The space The large lake front house as you enter the door, You will be greeted with the view of American lake coming down the hallway. On your right we have a large 5 piece bathroom with huge garden tub and a stand alone shower with plenty of extra towels. As you continue down the hallway toward the lake we have 2 large bedrooms with comfortable king beds and 55 in TVs with prime video. The master has a walk in closet and full length mirror and a desk and chair if this is a working vacation. We also have a loft with 2 twin XL beds that can be made into a 3rd king bed. the loft has some of the best views with a desk and chair if a 2nd work area is needed. The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase with LED lights for a night light. The vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows bring in natural light in the open kitchen living room. You can observe the wildlife and people enjoying the lake with all sorts of watercraft from anywhere in the great room. There is a full kitchen with more than enough pots, pans and utensils to make a home cooked meal. There is a large fridge, gas range, a microwave and dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. There is a kitchen island with 4 stools for a quick breakfast or makes a great space for a buffet style dinner. The dining table and 8 chairs has excellent views of the lake with plenty of space for a family dinner or game night. When it's time settle down we have a big sectional couch to enjoy the gas fireplace or stream your favorite show on the 55 in TV with the fast cable internet provided. The 4 ottomans can be arranged to sleep 3 people on the couch without have to climb over someone or put them together to make the biggest bed you ever seen There is an mini split A/C and heat pump to keep the house at a comfortable temp. When used with with double ceiling fan the temp is very even in the house. Just outside we have a spacious deck with built in 4 to 6 person hot tub and an outdoor gas fireplace to set the ambiance or to warm up the cool nights. The deck leads to your flat yard where you can have a picnic and the kids can run around. There is a path on the right side of the yard that leads down with a bit steep hill to the lake and dock. The lake area is shared with the 4 houses on this property. After a day at the lake there is a washer and dryer in the basement reached by a staircase on the outside of the house. The basement may be access by staff during your stay. The second house behind the lake front house when you enter the main entry door, you will see a full kitchen with more than enough pots, pans and utensils to make a home cooked meal. There is a large fridge, electric range/stove, a microwave and dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. Drink your coffee from our Kuerig coffee maker to the right in a cozy breakfast nook with a view of American Lake. Connected to the kitchen is the Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. In the living room is a Desk at the window with a partial view of the lake to catch up on those emails . When it's time settle down we have 2 large couches with Ottomans to relax and stream your favorite show on the 55 in smart fire TV with the fast cable internet provided. The couches can sleep 2 people. Off the living room is the hallway to the Full bathroom with Wand Shower head. At the end of the hallway are 2 bedrooms. The Master with a comfortable a king bed, 55 in smart fire TV with prime video and a full length mirror. The other bedroom has 2 Twins XL beds that can be put together to make a king sized bed upon request. There is an mini split A/C and heat pump to keep the house at a comfortable temperature all year long. Use the path on the right side of the Lake Front house that leads down with a bit of a steep hill to the shared lake are and dock. The lake front area is shared with the 4 houses on this property. Guest access The Front house, its Deck, Hot tub, yard and the second house behind is for guests. Guests of these houses have the entirety of the houses. They have 5 parking spaces. The Dock, beach, and grounds off of the beach are shared with the permanent residents of the 2 other houses on the lot. Other things to note No Lifeguard on duty use of the Hot tub, beach, and Dock are at your own risk. There are Exterior cameras directed to the main entrance and parking lot. As recommended by Airbnb, this house has Minut noise monitoring systems. Landscaping and Maintenance staff will occasionally be on the property. There are 3 other houses on this lot with Access to the beach and Dock. The Garbage is the Big Green dumpster at the entry of the lot.
