This stylish place to stay is perfect for group or family trips. Views that make you feel like you are on top of the world. Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available! The space The property has plenty of large rooms and 3 outdoor spaces to spread out and relax. It has a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and large fridge to eat and entertain. It has a terrific music system and plenty of board games to play. We also have high chair and cot for a little one. We also are very happy to accommodate your pets and have lots of secure space for them to run around. Guest access This is originally a large house, now split into two self-contained houses within. The AirBNB letting occupies House 1, the majority of the property at the rear (or lake view side) and is accessed via a separate and private entrance through the side alleyway and courtyard. Key entry is via the sliding glass doors. The rear yard is part of the letting accessed via the side alleyway. The owner lives in the separate House 2 and no interaction will occur unless requested. The front yard is part of the owner's area and will have a very person-friendly dog roaming - feel free to say hello to Teo, he loves the attention. If you have a dog, Teo is also dog friendly. However, your pet will be in a separate and secure yard away from Teo. Other things to note The ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom (Bedroom 1) serves as the shower for all guests in the AirBNB. It is a large bathroom and has two (adjacent) showers. There is another separate toilet, wash basin and vanity adjacent to the loungeroom. The second bedroom is accessed via 10 stairs down. However for people with mobility challenges, the master bedroom and 3rd bedroom (which is noted as the 2nd lounge room with fold out bed) is on the main level. Registration Details PID-STRA-50967
