The perfect Mtn Getaway with Beautiful Valley Views for families and friends. This 1700 sq ft GROUND LEVEL private apartment is in the heart of Historic Valle Crucis. Guests have an exclusive private entrance & parking. Enjoy your own private covered patio, gas BBQ and picnic table in the fenced back yard, just outside the family room with mountain views and the sound of Dutch Creek on our property. Enjoy fishing, swimming, playing or exploring Dutch Creek in the summer. The space Our private Lower level can easily accommodate 4 to 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 to 4 children. We have two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and a bonus room with 2 futons. The bonus room would be great for 2 to 4 Small kids or two adults to sleep comfortably one in each futon. Maximum of 6 Adults or 4 Adults and 4 small children. Any Additional guests must be approved by the Hosts and will be at a charge of $100.00 per Night per guest All bedrooms have a Smart TV including the bonus room. The bonus room has, toys, games, kids puzzles and books. Both bedrooms have a shared, adjoining bathroom that also has access from the hallway. You’ll have a washer and dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. No Stove. See pics for Kitchenette appliance details. The family room has 2 sets of French Doors that overlook the private stone patio with beautiful views and comfortable outdoor seating. Relax in our comfortable family room enjoying a game of pool, darts or sitting on the sofas watching TV or reading. Enjoy the patio’s picnic table and BBQ while overlooking Dutch Creek and the surrounding mountain views. Enjoy Dutch Creek on our property for swimming, fishing or exploring. We’ve tried to think of everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our kitchenette is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, flatware, fridge, Black & Decker all in one Air Fryer & Oven, microwave, electric griddle, popcorn air popper, rice cooker, toaster, 1800W Double Burner Electric Cooktop and coffee maker. You will also have the gas grill on the back patio and picnic table, with a fenced in backyard for kids to play. We have free WIFI with a 5G network and also have a land line telephone. Mobile coverage is spotty in the area, and Verizon seems to be the most reliable carrier. We have a Verizon signal booster installed in the house. With the WIFI you’ll be able to text or call using the internet from the house. We have parking available for 3 cars at the entrance to our guest accommodations. Please do not park in the upper level spaces as those are used by us. No Pets allowed in the rental area. We enjoy hosting families and groups of friends who enjoy a getaway place in the mountains, appreciate their time together and who will treat our home as their own. Even though this is our home, we spend most of our time at our home in Wilmington, NC. When we are home, you still will enjoy Total privacy during your stay. Other things to note 4x4 and/or All Wheel Drive is recommended to make up our gravel driveway during the winter months. We do not plow the driveway! We are centrally located to all 3 Ski Resorts. Beech Mountain 13 miles, Sugar Mountain 11.5 miles and Appalachian Mountain 13.5 miles.
