Get cozy around after a long day with some hot cocoa and turn on your favorite shows! From here, you can access the private balcony with seating and forest views. Dine out at one of the numerous lakefront restaurants or cook in the comfort of your own home. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, and more. There are 4 seats at the dining table and additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar for 2. The main bedroom is on the 3rd floor and has a Queen bed with en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a Queen bed with a crib, great if you're traveling with any kids! There is a shared full bathroom on this floor as well. There is a washer/dryer for your use and 2 parking spots. You will have access to Kingswood Village HOA. This will allow you to access the steam room, tennis court, basketball court, bocce ball, and pool (Pool and sports complex are seasonal amenities, available from Memorial Day to Labor Day).
