We have a video doorbell installed at the front door which is only monitored if required. No cameras are inside the property or private areas. Other things to note Most residents in this unit complex are owners or long-term tenants, so we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially late at night, out of respect for our neighbours. Please note that the balcony is not child-proofed. While children are welcome, we ask that they are closely supervised at all times for their safety.
