A sofa with sleeping function for a maximum of 2 people, as well as a flat-screen TV and small table with chairs for eating. Small kitchen and bathroom with tub & toilet. Reduit as storage space. Centrally located to Zurich, Baden and Oerlikon are ideal. Bus stop outside the door The space The apartment has 31 sqm with a kitchenette with a ceramic stovetop and granite cover as well as an open living room with a vinyl floor and a balcony with a reduit. The couch can be pulled out, so the apartment is also suitable for 2 people who sleep separately or are in the region on business. It also has a bathroom with tub and toilet. A parking space belongs to the apartment during the rental period. (numbered!) The property has a set of rental linen and bed linen included in the price. On request, an intermediate cleaning can be carried out for a fee. Guest access Our guests use the house entrance and go to the 2nd floor of the house / no ELEVATOR! The apartment is then on the left. The parking space will be assigned to you. We have a key safe. The arrival information will be sent 1-2 days before arrival.
