Under new ownership & a new listing, it's the same house you've come to know & love, but with even more to love with updates on both the inside and out! “We loved the decor, three of the bedrooms had private bathrooms, and it was the perfect place to explore Magnolia, downtown Waco and the sites. Loved the tall ceilings and the beds were very comfortable. We walked or drove a short distance to everything! Magnolia was an HGTV Disneyland, towns of eateries like the union hall, and lots to see. Don't miss the Dr. Pepper Museum and the Texas Rangers Museum, these were entertaining and historical. Very well done! The Black & White House is 4 blocks from the Magnolia Silos and Magnolia Press, Baylor is less than a mile away, and Waco Surf is a short 10 minute drive. We have 3 King size beds, 1 Queen bed, and a Bunk Bed with Trundle. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, laugh with family and friends, and be close to entertainment, restaurants, and bars. Great detail has been put into showcasing historical elements, adding modern style, and focusing on comfort. Seating area in most rooms, large dining room table with extra chairs, and comfy living room furniture to catchup or relax and watch TV.
