Required works will be carried out Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm and Saturday, 8am-1pm. No works will be carried out on Sundays. Please be assured that the construction company managing the project is committed to maintaining a safe environment and minimising disruptions for guests, neighbours, and residents. Measures will be implemented to control noise, dust and traffic disruption. For this reason, we are offering a reduced rate to offset the possible disturbance from the works. Please note, due to the already reduced rate, there will be no further discounts or compensation offered. The completion date is subject to change with no notice, due to factors out of Forster Accommodation Centre’s control, however we will always endeavor to communicate any changes with our guests, as soon as we are aware.
