Vibrant and interesting area to play rest or work. Welcome to Kingsley. It’s peaceful and safe. The hustle & bustle is around the corner on the front terrace. A real community spirit with bars, cafes, restaurants & parks . Train st is 1.6 miles away. Bus stops are a few minutes walk. Buses frequently run to / from town. 20 minutes walk to town. Aprox 10 minutes walk to Abington park. Bradlaugh fields is on the doorstep should you want walks in nature with a countryside vibe. Locks on doors. The space Victorian terraces have their quirks. The house is clean, tidy and peaceful. All rooms can be locked. Decorated throughout to a high standard. Floor boards are original upstairs with a rustic feel. Please do use the kitchen and conservatory and lounge and make yourself at home. Guest access You have your own double bedroom. You have access to the lounge / dining area / kitchen. You can use the dining table to work or my private office space may be available. If you need privacy to work, no problem. Please use the kitchen and help yourself to tea, coffee, milk and bread. There is a lovely tranquil garden with a sunny deck and lots of flowers. Bathroom is shared but you will possibly have it all to yourself. During your stay I am happy to help you with anything you need. I am around but may not be at the house all the time. I am always only a phone call away. Other things to note There is likely to be a little well behaved black dog with one white paw here when you arrive. She is no bother at all. She will be happy to see you and will then leave you be. Please never feed the dog for important reasons
