With beautiful North Georgia's deepest lake in the entire state Carters Lake only at 20 minute drive away there's nothing not to love! Calhoun 10 minutes away, Fairmount 10 minutes away, 1 hour to ATL, 1 hour to Chattanooga, close to many access points on the Coosawattee River. Fishing ponds less than a mile down the road. Hunting and firearms range at local Wildlife Reserves are free for day use! Tent in the backyard of my 1 acre lot. we are hardly ever home, so you'll have the whole yard to yourself. we ask that you don't enter the house or either 2 of the sheds. we have a kayak/paddle board you can use at your own discretion. swings/hammocks snd firepit area is all yours. *there is no bathroom on site* entire space is yours freely EXCEPT FOR: The house, both of the 2 sheds. please reach out by phone or email, we will not be home while you are enjoying your stay. we want to maximize your time and privacy. There is no power and no restroom at this time. we are working on getting a small generator and outhouse.
