The space Villa Jiliana is located in Skotina village at the foothills of Mount Olympos in a lush landscape of chestnut trees, lime trees and walnut trees, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea (nearest beach is 3km away/ 7 minutes by car), the medieval castle of Platamonas (6km away/ 9 minutes by car) and of course the mountain. The house combines the cool mountain air with the gurgling sound of the "Jiliana" stream springing from the mountain peaks and passing right next to the house, in a charming location, just 60 minutes away from the city of Thessaloniki.Villa Jiliana is actually located at the outskirts of the village, which makes it an ideal place for peaceful, close to nature family time or a perfect all year long holiday destination for you and your friends. Pets are also welcome. The house has two levels, including a beautiful, spacious attic. The first level has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. From this floor you also have access to the wonderful porch, where you can have your coffee, lunch or dinner. An internal stone staircase leads to the attic, with two bedrooms (a double bed, two single beds). Both bedrooms have balconies with view and there is also one bathroom. The outdoor area consists of a garden with plenty of beautiful flowers and trees as well as free space for activities. It is oriented to the sea (back garden) and the mountain (front garden) and there is also a BBQ under the shade of the vine. The house is located in a lush green landscape of chestnut, lindens and walnut trees, in the edge of the village with magnificent views of the sea and the medieval castle of Platamonas and Olympus. The experience is complemented by the sound of the gurgling water of the stream “Tziliana” that springs from the peaks of Olympus and passes right next to the house. The house is developed on three levels leading to a wooden loft. The main level consists of a spacious living room with dining table, fireplace, kitchen , bedroom with double bed and bathroom. From this level you have access to the prestigious balcony of the house with the best panoramic view and a large dining area. An internal stone staircase leads to the third level, that of the loft, with two bedrooms with separate terraces – one with double bed overlooking the mountain and the other with two single beds overlooking the Leptokarya and Ag.
