Beautiful 3-room apartment central & close to the beach

Our 3-room apartment "Seemöwe" is located on the 2nd floor of our Ostsee-Villa-Anika and is accessible via an elevator. The apartment is centrally located in Kühlungsborn West. Everything you need for a nice vacation is within walking distance: the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, the long promenade, many restaurants and bars, shopping, the city forest, and many different places for activities. So you can leave your car for a few days. The space With 2 bedrooms, a comfortable occupancy of 4 guests is standard. The apartment has two covered balconies. The bathroom is well suited for seniors and wheelchair users with a floor-level shower. In addition, the apartment is also accessible via an elevator. A fully equipped bathroom including a separate guest toilet offers extra comfort. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and are completely tiled. Heating and hot water are produced ecologically and environmentally friendly with geothermal energy. Services included: 1x outdoor parking space, Wi-Fi Guest access There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement of the house. The shared use of these devices is possible (fee: €5.00/device and use). Other things to note Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided as standard. On request, bed linen (€20.00/guest) and towels (€10.00/guest) can be booked. Please let us know in your request. The services listed above are not included in the travel price and will be billed via Airbnb if necessary. In Kühlungsborn, a visitor's tax is payable for vacationers. We calculate these before arrival and provide you with the visitor's cards electronically. We will also bill these through Airbnb according to your length of stay. The visitor's tax in the main season from May 1st May 1st - September 30th is €3.00 per person/day and in the off-season from 01 October 1st - April 30th €1.60 per person/day Children up to the age of 16 (16th birthday – 1 day) are free
