The reservation includes the use of the LIVING ROOM (it will be your private room) with a very comfortable SOFA BED, a large table to work on 140x85 cm, access to a shared bathroom and use of the kitchen. THE ENTIRE APARTMENT IS NOT RENTED. If you want another double room, you can book it in the other listing (subject to availability). A 24-hour gym, swimming pool (June to September) and paddle tennis are available. Metro, supermarkets, restaurants and more services within a 7-minute walk. The space The development is one of the best in the neighborhood, with children's areas, green areas, swimming pool, gym and paddle tennis court. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, fully available to guests. Also, there is a laundry room where the washing machine and all the cleaning products are located. I have a garage space (see conditions) and another double room available in the other listing (subject to availability). Guest access There are children's areas with swings for children, a very large swimming pool (from June to September 11), a paddle tennis court, mini-golf, a petanque court and a very well-equipped gym for training. The development has security with a concierge and security cameras. The neighborhood is very safe. Transportation options are very varied, there is a Metro stop 800 meters away, a bus stop 5 minutes walk away. If you have a Spanish driver's license, you can get around with the Zity app by renting an electric car at a very good price. You can also get around by taxi, Uber, or Cabify. During your stay I give my guests space but am available when needed, as I live in the apartment. Other things to note Linens, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, and hand soap are included.
