Le Pech de Sergio is happy to see you again! Beautiful old house located in a quiet hamlet, 8 km from the city of Foix, ideal for discovering the riches of the department (castles, caves, lakes...). Ground floor: large living room, equipped kitchen Living room with TV and Wi-Fi Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 X 140 cm and 2 X 80 cm, or 1 X 160). Bathroom/toilet. Exterior: carport, garden. You will be won over by this spacious and pleasant accommodation, surrounded by nature. The space Sheets are provided at the foot of the bed. Towels are optional: €3 per unit No cleaning fee: you will do it before checkout. The accommodation must be returned clean and tidy, all cleaning equipment is at your disposal. If you would like a cleaning option, we will discuss it. Please let me know if you have any specific requests. Thank you. Guest access A wood-burning insert is offered with some logs. Your full vigilance is required for the safety of the premises. Each room has an electric heater. Other things to note The house is full of nooks and crannies: beware of unevenness that can surprise you.
