One of the two king beds is a split king so that it can be set up as two singles for two travellers (in the back bedroom, Bedroom2). The bed will be set up as a king by default. If you require two singles, please advise us at the time of booking. 24 hours' notice required. Guest access Guest enter the property through a common entrance door of Villa 21 into a foyer which has doors A and B. Your private villa is door A on the left. Note that its possible that other guests may be staying at the same time and will access the separate door B on the right which leads to the downstairs studio. Both properties are completely separate, private and self-contained so you have the whole property to yourself, it is not shared or communal. Guest are welcome to access the exterior communal areas of the complex being the beautifully manicured garden and tennis courts. Other things to note There is free parking in carport number 21 and the communal carpark near the reception office and tennis court. Pets/animals are not allowed onsite or in accommodation, as stipulated in our operating Body Corporate rules. If an animal is brought into the property or accommodation, for any reason (i.e. whether unauthorised or a registered and pre-approved service dog) there is an additional $200 cleaning fee without exception per animal.) Early Check‑In & Late Check‑Out Policy: Early check‑ins and late check‑outs may be available by prior agreement only, and are usually subject to 24 hours’ notice and calendar availability. A fee applies to either option to cover additional cleaning and housekeeping staffing scheduling adjustments. If agreed, the fee will be charged on-site (cash or credit card only) at check-in or the following morning if you are using a lockbox for self-check-in.
