Spacious open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living that seamlessly flows to a large covered outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor fire. Separate snug/TV room with sliding doors to the rear deck. Main bathroom has walk in shower, bath and toilet. 3rd toilet with basin. Unfortunately due to our site, this home is not wheelchair accessible. Due to the stairs and retaining, this is also not suitable for small children. Guest access You will have the whole house to enjoy. There are stairs up to the main entrance. Other things to note This is a new build and built for the view and the sun. There is a large indoor and outdoor fire and the house can also be heated by heat pump - there is one in each room. All linen is provided and this is included in the cleaning fee.
