This old 35 m² barn has been completely renovated. The accommodation is independent and is located in the courtyard of our house which is a few meters away. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Ideally located, you are 10 minutes from highway access and 5 minutes from Villefranche train station and downtown. Ideal base for visiting Beaujolais. The space Ground floor, living room with kitchen (fridge, induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine), dining area and lounge. Separate toilet. Upstairs, spacious master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, shower room and closet. Guests can take advantage of the inner courtyard for lunch or relaxation.
