Small cozy apartment for 2 people, well located on the Port, freshly renovated. 850 m from the main square of the Port, access food shops, boutiques, restaurants, activities and festive events in less than a 5-min walk. Relax by the residence's pool or enjoy the beach (the closest is a 15-min walk) and the famous Plage des Chalets, 3 km away. A private and secure parking space is available. The space The entire 2-room accommodation is at your disposal. It consists of a living room with equipped kitchenette (mobile induction stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, multi-pod coffee maker), a dining area, a non-convertible sofa, a closet for your belongings. This room has a secure double glazed bay window that opens onto the balcony with outdoor table and chairs. In the rest of the accommodation: a cabin bedroom with blackout blind and a bathroom with bathtub. Guest access The nearest entrance to the accommodation is Rue de L'Astrolabe. You will have a triangular badge that will allow you to open all entrances to the residence and access the pool. Other things to note The residence where the accommodation is located is secure. Access is via magnetic badge (provided in the keychain). The apartment is on the 1st floor and the balcony overlooks a (good) restaurant. You will not see the terrace because trees block the view, but there may be a little noise (maximum until midnight). The pool is open during the summer. Dates vary from year to year depending on weather and/or maintenance work. The joy of children at the pool can be heard during the day, but the accommodation does not overlook the pool, these noises are avoidable.
