The apartment has everything you need, bed, sofa, washing machine, fridge, pots and pans, desk, chair, Wifi internet, all the kitchen utensils, blanket, curtain, pillows etc. Just bring your suitcase. Other things to note Please note, when you move in, you will need to pay for Hong Kong stamp duty tax which is less than HK$60 and key deposit Refundable HK$500, a flatshare agreement will be signed too. 100 fee for cleaning Electricity is extra, will be shared among pro-rate by all flatmates.
