Both bedrooms have spacious bathrooms (60 sq. ft. & 46 sq. ft. included in bedrooms area) , geasers for hot water, and shrinks with mirrors. The biggest double bedroom (290 sq ft including bathroom & dressing room) has an AC facility. The 2nd double bedroom (240 sq. ft. including bathroom) has no AC but is attached to a big Terrace (256 sq. ft.). A single bedroom (approx. 54 sq. ft.) is also included in the price which can accommodate a folding bed only. Each double bedroom can accommodate max 2 adults & a child under 13 years, this is included in the price visible on the Airbnb website. However, we can provide folding beds for max 2 additional adults at Rs. 1000.- per person. The number of people must be decided & agreed upon before booking and the cost pre-paid before arrival in the apartment. Kitchen area is approx. 57 sq. ft. attached with spacious Dining room & Living room consisting of approx 218 sq. ft. Lobby area is approx. 209 sq. ft. Total covered area approx. 1400 sq. ft. where terrace area is approx. 256 sq ft. Guest access After entering the main gate guest will go through car parking place (for my private car) straight through a corridor to the back side staircase. Entrance for the guests is through this staircase to the first floor apartment. Other things to note This listing is for those interested in booking up to 3 rooms depending on the number of guests (2 double and 1 single), max 6 adults and 2 children (12 and under) allowed to stay. When booking for children under 12, just leave them out of the booking so you do not get charged extra. For foreign nationals and NRI guests we require a copy of their passport and valid visa to comply with Indian regulations.
