Very cute 3 BR, 2 BA house in lower north. The property is on a 0.25 acre lot with lots of mature trees and a beautiful lawn. There is a bonus room in the finished basement that has recliner couches and space to set up an air mattress if needed. Owners have no children so there are no toys or cribs, etc. Animals are allowed but must be cleaned up after. Same with kids. 😉 Owner is out of state but has a huge family in Mankato that are easily accessible as needed.
