The historical Dutch staircase takes you to the upper level where you will find two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a sitting room with two swivel power recliners, and a full-sized bathroom with tub. The swing on the front porch provides a nice area to relax and enjoy morning coffee. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire house. Other things to note The house is tucked away at the end of a one-way street with a view of Rawlins Hill and Union Pacific Transcontinental Railway. Guests are welcome to use the EV charger for a nominal fee. The EV charger can be accessed through EVmatch app.
