Relax at this peaceful place to stay just a short walk (12 Mins) from Ikebukuro Station. You will have a whole apartment to yourself with 1 double bed and 2 Futons. Perfect for small families or couples looking for a convenient place with access to all the major spots in Tokyo. It has a Small Kitchen, washing machine, microwave, TV, and Wi-Fi One train to Shibuya (11 mins), Shinjuku(5 mins), and Harajuku(13 mins). I have other apartments in this building available too. Other things to note Thank you for choosing to stay with us, This apartment is on the third floor of a brand new 3 story low rise building. There is no elevator as the steps are minimal . There are just 12 steps between each floor . We would like the guests to please respect our apartments and keep them tidy. Please remember, this is not a hotel, it is an Airbnb. Therefore we do not provide hotel service. If you are new to airbnb please read the rules carefully and familiarize yourself with how airbnb works before booking. We would like our guests to understand the following points outlined below 1. We do not allow packages or any deliveries to the address. Japanese police often monitor airbnb guests delivery’s in short term stay/ vacation buildings . 2. We have to ask for ID/passport copies of every guest staying (except children). This is required by Japanese law. 3. We do not offer Japanese TV channels, on our TV as it requires a TV licence. 4. We do however have a tunerless internet TV so you can watch youtube. netflix, disney, amazon. *You must have an existing account to use netflix, disney or amazon. If not, you can buy a prepaid card for these platforms from the convenience store. 5. In Japan it is very important to separate the trash into different groups : - Burnable : paper, tissues, food , small wrappings - Glass : jars and glass bottles - Plastic pet bottles - Plastic trays and containers - Tin cans (eg soda cans and food cans ) 6. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, which washes and spins , however We DO NOT provide laundry detergent. 7. We provide basic cooking equipment and utensils. 8. We DO NOT provide sauces or condiments. 9. We DO NOT provide extra towels upon request. We provide one set of towels for each guest every 5 days. After that every 5 days the towels will be replaced with a new set. If you need more towels other than what we are willing to provide, then please make arrangements to bring your own. We at Tokyo Pads care about the environment and would like to help reduce wastefulness in any way we can. 10. Our apartments's check in and out check out procedure is fully automated and all our rooms are prepared before hand. Therefore we do not accept requests for items during the stay or at the last minute. Eg. Extra bed covers, extra pillows , extra futons. as the things provided in the room are for the duration of the stay and it reflects the amount of guests. Over usage of items will not be replaced during the stay. Please feel free to buy whatever extra you need. As we mentioned we are not a hotel and do not provide hotel service. You are staying in an apartment which is fully self contained and are responsible for keeping the apartment neat and tidy. Finally , We expect the apartment to be left in pretty much same condition as it was upon check in. To help , photos will be uploaded via airbnb chat of the apartment prior to check in so you can see the condition, you can also send photos back to us once you check in, to confirm the places is as we state.
