This peaceful neighborhood is an oasis of calm and yet within walking distance of Miami’s most happening places. Great for guests looking to have a very unique experience. The space The owner is a designer and with this property you can tell! Every inch has been carefully thought through, to provide a unique property that you wont find anywhere else! LOCATION The property is located in the heart of the design district in the Buena Vista Neighborhood. This is where Miami started and is designated as a historic location THE PROPERTY As you enter the property there is Kitchenette on the left, a dining table and 2 chairs on the right and sofa, directly in front of you. KITCHENETTE Contains microwave, 4 stove tops, under the counter fridge with a small freezer. We provide pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses. BED The queen size beds sits behind the sofa facing away from the door. It enjoys an additional fan above the bed facing a tv screen. There is a chest of 6 drawers and a an area to hang your clothes. BATHROOM A sliding barn door separates the bathroom from the studio. The bathroom includes a toilet and a walk in shower. LISTING The listing is just for the guest house. There is also a main house on the same property although they are separate from each other. You will have sole use of the parking space which is directly in front of the guest house. You have your own fenced area in front of the guest house separating the guest house from the main house. This contains a patio table and chairs. You also can use the space as an off street parking space. SURROUNDING This is the new heart of Miami! It’s within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Just a 5 minute walk to the design district. Check out Vista which is a very unique area around NE 50th Street. Midtown is within a 10 minute walk and has Starbucks, target, marshals, Trader Joe’s and many more stores and restaurants. Wynwood is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive! Downtown Miami and Brickell is a 10 minute drive. Driving 15 minutes to the airport. 15 minutes to South Beach 15/20 minute drive to a beach 5 minute drive to Publix on Biscayne (local supermarket brand) This is a thriving area with cafes, small shops and great boutique restaurants. It’s a very unique location. 30 day minimum Guest access * Please note that the guests staying at the main house will have sole use of the guest house parking space. Guests staying at the guest house with cars are able to park on certain streets for free (The west side of North MIami Avenue). We do not take any responsibility for guest parking. * There is no washer/dryer at the property but there are laundry mats and wash, and fold services close by. * The general yard area is only available for the guests of the house listing and is fenced (3ft fence surrounding this defined area) * Accessibility to the guest house is via the double gate directly in front of the guest house. * Property does not have an oven but does have a stove and microwave * There is no parking at the property. The driveway has been designated for the house guest. You can on the west side pm streets across from North MIami Avenue but we strongly suggest looking out for residents parking signs. If you have Florida plates you can apply for a residents parking permit at a relatively inexpensive cost. We take no responsibility for guest parking or the ability to find parking spots. Address provided is within one minute walk of actual address * No washer/dryer on property * Main house and guest house on the same land. This listing is for the guest house. The buildings are separate from each other and are defined by the fenced area. * No oven on property, counter cook top, microwave * Please note that we do not allow more than 2 guests to stay at the property under any circumstance. If you have more than 2 guests then you will be asked to leave without a refund. * There is no parking at the property. The driveway has been designated for the house guest. You can park on the side streets across from North MIami Avenue but we strongly suggest looking out for residents parking signs.
