I rent my small charming apartment in the beautiful Rostock train station suburb. This neighborhood is characterized by great old buildings and it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the main train station, which is perfect for taking the S-Bahn to Warnemünde to the beach and strolling along the promenade. The apartment offers everything you need. You will not want for anything there! The highlight of the apartment is the balcony, which offers views of the leafy quiet courtyard.
