Seaside Serenity Gorgeous 3/2 Oceanfront Apartment

Other things to note 1. The earliest and latest check in/out times will also depend if there will be other guests check-out/in the same dates that you are checking in/out. If they are, then it will be somewhere mid-day ( our cleaning staff needs about 4-5 hours to set up the apartment in between guests, 11am-3pm). So we will coordinate your preferences with the other guests preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate all. You will be able to drop your luggage while they set it up, if need be. Late check-ins and early check-outs are ok, we are using electronic lock to enter the property. 2. We want to make sure you guys are aware of our house rules and regulations and will comply with during your stay: - no pets of any kind - no smoking inside the house( cigars, cigarettes or weed )- smoking is allowed only on the balcony or outside - no parties or loud music in the apartment - we do not allow any extra guests in the villa but the number you booked for, if you'd like to add an extra guest, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it. There will be a $500 fine if any of these house rules are broken . 3. We'd like to inform you that there are security cameras in front and rear entry ways of the villa.
