Description

A bright double bedroom flat with a private walk-in shower bathroom, in Crouch End — named Time Out's best neighbourhood in London in 2023. Crouch End Broadway is a 5-minute walk: independent cafés, restaurants, a farmers' market, and a village atmosphere that surprises most first-time visitors. Highgate Tube is 15 minutes on foot, putting central London well within reach. The space This is our home — we host when we're away travelling, so we ask guests to treat it as their own and leave it as they found it. The double bedroom is private with its own en-suite walk-in shower bathroom. You have full use of a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room — the whole flat feels like yours for the duration of your stay. Ground floor, no steps. Three supermarkets within 15 minutes on foot: M&S, Sainsbury's, and Waitrose. No smoking anywhere on the property. Quiet after 10 PM. Guest access Living room, Kitchen and private bathroom Other things to note GETTING AROUND Highgate Tube is a 15-minute walk. The W5 and W7 buses stop nearby for a quicker ride into central London. Street parking on the road is free before 2 PM and after 4 PM — if you need to arrive during restricted hours, let us know in advance and we can arrange a guest permit. There's also a free private parking space directly behind the building. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Crouch End has the feel of a village that happens to be in London — independent shops, no chains on the Broadway, and a community that's been quietly resisting gentrification for years. A five-minute walk from the flat takes you onto Parkland Walk — a disused railway line converted into a 4-mile nature reserve cutting through north London. Tree canopy, foxes, wildflowers, and almost no one who isn't a local knows it's there. One of the city's genuinely best-kept secrets. Alexandra Palace is 10 minutes by bus: ice rink, live music, and one of the best views across London. HOUSE RULES — No smoking anywhere on the property — Quiet after 10 PM — Shoes off at the door — This is a home, not a rental — please leave it as you find it
