A beautiful modern house with fully furnished and well maintained interiors offering complete comfort. We have total of 3 rooms, one room with attached bathroom and another 2 with a common bathroom at the hall next to these rooms. Only the top floor is given for the stay, me and my family is staying at the ground floor. We provide breakfast included with the rent, Lunch and dinner if needed we can provide (extra charges apply). Our goal is to provide healthy food and comfort. We provide Lunch and dinner (extra charges apply), needed to be informed early (a day before) as we need to gather the needed ingredients. -> The distance from our property to: • Cochin International airport - 40 km • South Railway Station - 15 km • Nearby good restaurants - less than 5 km • Kumbalangi village - 11 km • Cherthala - 29 km (detour root because of Highway work going on) • Ernakulam -15 km Guest access Guests can use the whole upper floor of our house, if there are people less than 5 then rest two rooms will be not accessible, other than that, a calm sitout with surrounding plants, a TV on the lobby and front courtyard to have a good evening walk. <-----Guest Restrictions-----> >No smoking (inside the rooms and house) >Drinking and loud parties are not allowed >Bachelors are not allowed >No spilling food items on the beds and sheets During your stay Guests can either ring the calling bell, or give a call or just come down to the door.
