Waterfront Lakehouse on All-Sport Lake Margrethe

The Eagle's Edge Lakehouse on Lake Margrethe is the perfect place to host family and friends. The spacious lakehouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, a large living room/dining room combo as well as a game room for rainy days. A covered patio overlooks the lake with stunning views. There's also kayaks, yard games, firepit and more to enjoy. For hosting larger groups, Eagle’s Nest Cottages are also available behind the property for an additional rental. The space The Eagle’s Edge Lakehouse on Lake Margrethe is ideal for year-round enjoyment. The lakehouse has recently been updated with fresh paint, new flooring, new mattresses and bedding, a new modular sectional, oversized table, new tub, toilets and vanity, new patio furniture, and more. The full-size kitchen is open to the large dining room and living room that offers an amazing water view and is perfect to host your group. The lakehouse has two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with two twin bunk beds. For additional sleeping, the futon in the game room converts into a full bed and the chair also converts into a twin bed. The modular living room couch also converts into a large bed. Additionally, there is a laundry room and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower. There is also a game room with puzzles, board games, cards, and dice. We also have a toy box with various indoor toys. For summer fun, the options are endless on the lake. We have kayaks, a pedal boat, lifejackets, and beach chairs available to use. Bring a boat and enjoy Lake Margrethe. We have a dock and the public boat launch is only 1.7 miles away. There is also a firepit by the water that is perfect for enjoying the sunset while roasting marshmallows with family and friends. The property also has a sandbox and swing set for the kids. New yard games are also available to play, including giant jenga, cornhole, ladderball, yard dice, and more. In the winter, there is ice fishing on Lake Margrethe and the snowmobile trails are close by. There is also skiing and snow tubing only a few miles away. Other activities nearby include golf, disc golf, snow shoeing, biking, shopping, and a local farmers market. Guest access Guest have access to the whole Eagle's Edge Lakehouse (except the garage and owners' closets). Included is 60' of Lake Margrethe frontage that is private. Next to the private frontage for Eagle's Edge and Eagle's Nest is a public access with sand that locals use as a beach. The property also includes a swing set for kids, sandbox, yard games, and firepit area for roasting marshmallows. Other things to note We just bought the property in November 2022 and have been working on restoring it.
