Welcome to our luxury guest suite! Nestled in the heart of central Evergreen, this cozy and modern getaway is the perfect place to call home for your vacation. Conveniently located near Evergreen Lake and Red Rocks amphitheater, our property offers amazing access to outdoor experiences. You’ll love the luxury finishes, spa grade bathroom products, and professionally designed living space. Immerse yourself in the mountains while also being a short walk to amazing downtown eateries, bars & shops. The space This is a guest suite on the bottom floor of our home. You have your own entrance and the only person that will have access to your space is you. The space was recently renovated with brand new kitchenette appliances, shower head, furniture, and walls covered by limestone and Aspen trees (yes, Aspen trees!). Our spa-grade bath products (Aesop) and extremely soft towels will surely help you wind down after a long day exploring the Evergreen mountains and meadows. It is possible you may run into us or our friendly pups (we have two vizslas). Since we live upstairs you may hear there little paws from time to time. We are friendly and will respect your space & privacy. During warm months we allow guests to use our outdoor space out back. Please ask us for directions on how to access it. Hanging out in the driveway or by the front entrance of the house is not permitted. Other things to note Given our high elevation we do not have AC. Your space should remain cool and if you open the windows and get a cross breeze it will get even colder. We do have a Molekule air purifier in the unit to circulate and clean the air! During winter months (November-April) we can receive heavy snowfall so AWD/4-wheel drive is highly recommended. If you don’t have the proper vehicle please contact us and local weather websites for current road conditions. If you would like an early check in we will do our best to accommodate an hour early (3pm) free of charge. If an earlier time is requested and available, an early check-in fee will be charged prior to arrival ($50 between 1-3pm or $100 between 11 and 1pm) ***The Fireplace you see in pictures is purely decorative and not functional. Rest assured the space is very well heated with radiant heat so that is not an issue***
