Beautiful Seaside Cottage in Sunset Beach

Escape to our charming cottage retreat, nestled in a serene coastal setting. 3 cozy bedrooms + loft. Sleeps 10, plenty of space for 2 full families. Large dining area for shared meals, a comfy and sun-drenched sunroom is the ideal spot to savor coffee or a glass of wine. Immerse in the world of books and games, both in/outdoors, promising endless fun. Bask in breathtaking sunset views and let the worries melt away. Explore the ocean floor for hidden treasures, and swim in the warm waters. The space The Space Our cottage is located 45 minutes from Charlottetown and 20 minutes from Summerside. Located in the beautiful community of Sunset Beach, our cottage has been updated to help your stay be relaxing and enjoyable. Our space sleeps 10 comfortably with parking for up to 4 vehicles. Loft Bedroom - 1 Queen bed, 1 Single Bed - Small Bathroom Bedroom 1 - 2 Single Bunk Beds Bedroom 2 - Bunk beds, 1 queen 1 single Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed THE YARD Enjoy playing games (cornhole, yardzee, ladder golf, soccer) in the large front yard, gather around the fire pit at night to relax or eat outside on the 2 picnic tables. All while enjoying the views of the ocean. There are 8 Muskoka Chairs as well as 2 additional folding camp chairs for use as needed. After splashing around on the beach or shore exploring, wash up outside of the cottage at our rinse-off spot with easy access to the deck after without having to get your feet dirty. THE BEACH/OCEAN The beach is around 20 steps away through a lovely cleared pathway. Walk along the beach searching for sea life, shells, sea glass and more when the tide is low, or Swim in the warmest waters North of the Carolina's during higher tide. Bring some inflatables for some awesome floating. Follow the tide schedule to know when best to walk far out onto the ocean floor and then be amazed as the tides come back in and fill it all back up with water. KITCHEN Our cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (all dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc) double oven, full sized fridge with freezer, Coffee Maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, a variety of spices. We recommend you bring your own condiments. We supply some coffee during your stay. DINING ROOM Enjoy dinners together around the large harvest table under the hand-crafted barn beam light. LIVING ROOM Enjoy the onsite TV which has Chromecast (just remember to sign out of your services before you leave). There is a large sectional couch big enough for 6, DVD player (bring your own DVDS, or use our small collection) and a ceiling fan with light. For the cool nights, use the fleece blankets to snuggle with. The area does have a slip unit for cooling or heating the cottage up. SUNROOM Enjoy your morning coffee or cuddle up to read in the sunlight in our cozy sunroom. This is the best room to enjoy the sunsets and ocean sounds through any of the 5 windows inside. There is a Small Fridge located inside to store your beverages with each access to the porch and outside. There is also a shelf filled with books and many games for use during your stay. Basket of toys and colouring books for the kids in your party. BATHROOMS (1.5) We have a full bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower located on the main level. We have a septic system so please be mindful of what you flush down. Upstairs in the loft is a toilet and sink. We supply clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. EXTRAS We have a washer and dryer onsite in the mudroom for use during your stay. PEI Tourism Establishment License #4009938 Guest access Guests will be provided access to the cottage through a Nest Lock. Your code will be sent to you earlier in the day of your check-in. The lock is located on the main door by the driveway. If you have multiple families and need more than 1 code, let us know. The House rules and welcome book can be found inside on the table. Other things to note - Although we have an outdoor fireplace, the summer months can get very hot and dry so please check local fire bans before lighting. - There are Black (garbage) and Green (compost) bins located at the corner of the property on a platform by the road, please deposit your garbage here accordingly. Recycling can be placed in blue bags & sorted according to the guide on the fridge or out door bins. Please place items inside the provided bins as needed. - There are clean towels in the shelf unit outside of the bathroom, each bed has a fresh set of sheets. Please strip all sheets and place in provided laundry hampers along with used towels and facecloths before departure. - Please note that we have outdoor surveillance cameras for safety purposes. - We do Allow dogs, however do not allow puppies or cats. Please ensure that you clean up and dispose of any dog poo during your stay. Registration Details 4009938
