The leisure area is one of the property’s highlights, featuring a swimming pool with hydromassage and forest views, a glass-enclosed sauna with the same scenery, and a spacious covered area in front of the pool. This space is equipped with comfortable upholstered seating, a foosball table, an indoor barbecue, and an outdoor parrilla grill—perfect for gathering and social moments. The kitchen integrated with the living area offers custom cabinetry, warm lighting, and excellent infrastructure. The dining table seats up to 10 people, and the island provides seating for an additional 10 guests, ensuring comfort and convenience for larger groups. The house features 4 en-suite bedrooms with independent entrances, offering complete privacy. All suites include comfortable beds, high-quality linens, air conditioning, blackout curtains, indirect lighting, and ample space for luggage. There is a Smart TV and the bathrooms are modern, spacious and well-lit. 🛏️ Suite Configuration: 3 suites: 1 queen bed (one of them measuring 2.20 m), 1 American-style bed (2 m x 1 m), and 1 auxiliary single bed Master suite: 1 queen bed, 2 American-style beds, and 2 auxiliary single beds Every detail has been carefully designed to provide a sophisticated and comfortable stay, perfectly harmonized with the natural beauty of Bonito. Other things to note NOTES: BED AND BATH LINENS We provide one towel per guest and one set of bed linens per bed, regardless of the length of stay. If you are traveling with babies (under 2 years old), we kindly ask that you bring your own towels and bed linens for them. PEST CONTROL Pest control is carried out periodically every 90 days. However, due to the surrounding vegetation and local climate, insects or pests may occasionally appear. Although we take all preventive measures, complete eradication of insects in a city is not possible. ELECTRICITY, WATER, AND INTERNET In accordance with the Brazilian Tenant Law (Law No. 8,245/91), neither we nor the property owners are responsible for any service interruptions or failures caused by utility providers. EQUIPMENT ISSUES This is a residential, family-style property, similar to your own home. Unforeseen issues may occur, including with equipment. Although we do not operate as a hotel, we are always committed to resolving any situation in the best possible way. We rely on service providers who operate during regular business hours. Even so, we will do our best to resolve any issue promptly and appreciate your understanding should there be any delay. SHORT-TERM RENTAL We operate short-term rentals in residential properties. We are not a hotel, but we make every effort to provide quality service and a pleasant experience for all guests, in line with the characteristics of each property.
