Your bedroom is cozy with room-darkening drapes, plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well stocked. Coffee station stocked and to-go cups. Bathroom has a ceiling heater, towel warmer, essentials. W/D with detergent. Step out to the front porch rocking chairs, fire pit (wood incl), and picnic table. Tranquil views of horses grazing from your front windows. Approximately 20 acres of wooded trails with a creek surrounding the rear and west side of property boundaries. Almost 1,000 sq ft of living space 1 spacious bedroom with a queen size bed. Queen size Murphy bed cabinet in living room. Twin size air mattress available if needed. Pack and play with added comfortable mattress available. High chair provided. Large fire pit area in the fenced in backyard. Firewood provided. Wonderful place for stargazing on clear nights. Horses and other farm animals: Guests may request interaction with the horses, goats and chickens when host is available and present. We will be happy to tell you about our endangered Colonial Spanish Horses and provide a guided visit with the animals. Bring boots, or other sturdy footwear if you wish to interact with a horse in a designated area. We do not offer horseback riding at this time, but can recommend a couple places nearby. * For your safety and that of the animals -Guests and pets are not permitted to enter horse pastures unattended. Please do not feed animals without permission. We have specific treats for some of the animals if you would like to feed them. Other things to note No smoking inside the cottage.
