Located on beautiful Logan Martin Lake, this newly renovated houseboat has everything you need for a peaceful retreat. The Captain's Quarters has a queen bed. In the Crews' Quarters are a single bunk, a double bunk, and a TV. The back and front deck areas are great for sunsets and sunrises! Kayaks, a canoe, a floating pad, and outdoor games are available. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the decks of the boat. The space We have a private, paved boat launch. You're welcome to bring your boat. Any use of your boat, our kayaks or canoe, are at your own risk. We have some life jackets, but encourage you to bring your own. There are beach towels on the boat in case of emergency, but please bring your own. You may fish from the dock, but we encourage catch and release. Guest access You may access all areas of the boat except the top deck and the hatches inside the boat. Please be aware that the Captains Quarters has no door. This is because the ceiling A/C in there cools the entire downstairs of the boat. We have a curtain you can pull over the door for limited privacy.
