The space Completely renovated in 2022/23, with an area of 108 m2, Casa Arena is on two levels; - a first floor accessible by road overlooking the main entrance of the house. This floor consists of a spacious entrance hall, a desk and library area, a bedroom overlooking the village and mountain for 3 beds with a 140 cm bunk bed for sleeping at the bottom and 90 cm for sleeping from the top. A laundry area with washing machine, a bathroom with toilet and a lovely terrace. -The ground floor is also accessible from the outside as well as from the inside, includes a traditional kitchen open to the dining room and living room with its authentic period fireplace. A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a small bathroom and toilet. The ground floor overlooks a magnificent terrace with a pool overlooking the village and the mountains, a covered summer kitchen/ barbecue with its seating and dining area. Access to the pool is fully secure, so children and parents can enjoy it with peace of mind!
