The Barn at the Mill

Welcome to our countryside retreat in Oswestry, spacious and practical for up to 8 guests across 5 beds. Enjoy walks in nature, a large shared garden and wide outdoor areas ideal for families, kids and animal lovers. The property is shared with friendly cats and a well-behaved dog, adding to the relaxed rural atmosphere. The space The property is a converted barn which shares land with a main house, there is a stream at the bottom of the garden, a back yard for a bbq, an orchard (immediately behind the property) for fruit picking, and a pattio area to the left of the property. There are plenty of parking spaces on the property with 2 spaces behind and 3 spaces in front. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the space surrounding the property and explore the area. You may explore the back field, but be aware of uneaven ground. If we are hosting horses during your stay, you must stay out of the back field. We do ask that you respect the privacy of the main house and that the garage doors are not blocked by parked cars. Other things to note Due to the property being a converted barn, the foundations are below ground level, which makes the property liable to flooding during extreme rain events. This does not happen often, and measures have been taken to reduce the chance of a flood, but if you find that the carpet is unusually wet, please contact us immediately.
