Roghicciaia is a beautiful rustic farmhouse, newly renovated in bohemian style with ensuite guest rooms. The house is located just off the beaten track which makes it perfect as a retreat while still remaining close to the centre of Montecatini town. Surrounded in acres of private, unspoiled land you can immerse yourself in nature while still taking advantage of the properties great facilities, including; large plunge pool, multiple terraces and dining areas, and even a self catering pizza oven! The space Roghicciaia is a beautiful rustic Tuscan farmhouse featuring the typical large rooms , terracotta floors and oak beams as expected. Lovingly renovated with modern bohemian charm, it sits within acres of unspoiled land and boasts its very own extensive olive grove. The property is immersed in nature and wild life and bugs are expected. We are a countryside retreat after-all! You can enjoy the properties walking trails and even swim in the natural pools made by the Torrente Ragone river which flows directly through the private land. The house comprises of 5 guest rooms which are all equipped with tea and coffee making facilities including a mini fridge. The lodgings are on a self catering bases with communal plunge pool, outdoor areas and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for all basic needs including hot plates for cooking, cutlery, crockery and utensils. Additional fridge or freezer space will also be available when your personal fridge is full. The property also includes a large outdoor pizza oven which is a fantastic opportunity to experience real Tuscan cooking! The gardens wrap around the entire property and host a number of outdoor dining areas, chill out nooks and lounge beds. So you can sit back and relax in this beautiful rustic retreat, all while taking in Tuscany's exquisite nature. Your Guest room. Guest room 5 has a modern bohemian style and is the largest double of our rooms. It has a King size bed and every other amenity needed to enjoy your stay and be comfortable. The doors open to a private patio area and views into the forest. The bathroom is also one of the largest on offer. The owners of the Roghicciaia habit the top floor of the property and are always available for any questions and queries during your stay. Guest access Guests can access all communal areas including the kitchen / dining room. Other things to note Roghicciaia is located at the end of a dirt road (approx 1 km). We must clarify that this is a bumpy track used by tractors and faming vehicles. We would advise using 4x4 or SUV cars for this. Although an average car will make the trip, we ask to please go slow and be very careful. Be aware, Sports cars or lowered vehicles will not make the journey to the property.
