The space As you step inside this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting space filled with natural light and a calming neutral palette. The interior is tastefully decorated, featuring rustic yet modern amenities that perfectly blend comfort and style. The spacious living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV and plush seating, is the perfect place to unwind and catch up with loved ones. The heart of our home is undoubtedly the expansive deck, which offers breathtaking views of the shimmering Smith Lake. The deck is equipped with a barbecue grill and comfortable outdoor furniture, setting the scene for memorable cookouts and sunsets that paint the sky with hues of orange and pink. Please note this is a split foyer floor plan — the use of stairs is required to access all bedrooms and living areas. Guest access 1x Boat slip - 26ft x 10ft Guests will have full use of our 2 kayaks including paddles and life jackets. We are on the main channel of the lake — it is easy to sustain damage to both the dock and your boat by having it tied to the dock and not secured in the slip. Guests are responsible for any damages resulting from improper boat storage. Other things to note Guests can easily launch their own boat or rent one from Duncan Bridge Marina - less than a 10-minute drive from the home.
