Your reservation includes the entire 1-bedroom, 1-bath downstairs unit. Guests may occupy the separate upstairs unit, but no interior spaces are shared. Other things to note Everything in this unit is NEW, less than 6 months old! The new memory foam beds are VERY comfortable, enjoy! Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. There is a mother-in-law suite attached to the home. You do not share any space except the driveway. Essentially the home is setup like a duplex.
