House with large garden in Nesbyen city center

Spacious and cozy house with a veranda from the kitchen. Large fenced garden with apple trees, currants and raspberries. Here it is very child-friendly with trampoline, sandbox and swing rack with slide. Walking distance to everything in the city center. The space The house is located very centrally in Nesbyen with walking distance to everything in the city center, train station, bus and several grocery stores. On the ground floor you will find an open solution with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table with two extension plates, sofa and TV. There is also a small bathroom and a large entrance. Outside the kitchen there is a small covered porch with a cozy seating area. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a door to the bathroom that has a great shower area and bathtub. There is also a washing machine and a countertop that works well as a changing table if needed. Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 cm Bedroom 2: Double bed 180 cm + bed 90 cm Bedroom 3: Bed 120 cm Both bedrooms 1 and 3 have plenty of space for mattress(es) if needed. There is also a cot available. In the house there are two high chairs available (tripp trapp). Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for two rooms. Garage available if needed. Other things to note We want to rent our house to responsible people over 30 years and families. It is expected that there will be no party after 11 pm. Smoking is not allowed inside and pets are not allowed. There is a dog yard just outside the entrance if you want to bring a dog that stays outside. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Nesbyen has become a great cycling destination in recent years and can, among other things, tempt with trails such as "Hallingspranget", which is one of Northern Europe's longest family-friendly trails for cyclists and walkers. The 17 km tour offers a spectacular journey all the way from Nesfjellet and down to the valley floor. Nesbyen is also a good starting point for the Zoo in Flå, Langedrag Nature Park or late summer days at Trytetjern.
