House with large garden in Nesbyen city center

Spacious and kozy house with porch out from the kitchen. Large fenced garden with apple trees, currents and raspberries. Here it is very child-friendly with trampoline, sandbox and swing rack with slide Walking distance to everything in the city center The space The house is located very centrally in Nesbyen with walking distance to everything in the city center, train station, bus and several grocery stores. On the ground floor you will find an open solution with fully equipped kitchen, living room, with dining table with two extension plates, sofa and TV. There is also a small bathroom and a large entrance. Outside the kitchen there is a small porch under roof with cozy seating area. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a door into the bathroom which has a great shower zone and bathtub. There is also a washing machine and a countertop that works well as a care bench. Bedroom 1: Double bed 180cm 2nd bedroom: Double bed 180cm + bed 90cm Bedroom 3: Bed 120cm Both bedrooms 1 and 3 have plenty of space for mattress(s) if needed. There is also a baby bed available. In the house there are two high chairs available (trip staircase). Guest access The guests will have access to the whole house except for two rooms. Garage available as needed. Other things to note We would like to rent our house to responsible people over the age of 30 and families. It is expected that there will be no party after It's not allowed to smoke inside, and it's animal-free. There is a dog yard right outside the entrance if you want to bring a dog that is outside You must bring your own bed linens and towels. Nesbyen has become a big bike destination for the last few years and can tempt with trails like "Hallingspranget" which is one of Northern Europe's longest family-friendly trails for biking and walking, among other things. The 17 km trip offers a spectacular journey all the way from Nesfjellet and down to the valley bottom. Nesbyen is also a good starting point for Bjørneparken on Flå, Langedrag Nature Park or lazy summer days at Trytetjern.
