Perfectly located for a short break, this beautiful fully renovated to a high standard Grade 2 listed cottage is a few minutes walk from 24 bars, pubs & restaurants in the popular market town of West Malling. We have a free parking space in town if required. Unfortunately steep narrow stairs means may not be ideal for the very young/old. 11 minute walk from train station to London, perfectly located for a weekend getaway. Supermarket, boutique shops, beauty salons & coffee shops await you! The space ➢ STRICTLY NO HOUSE PARTIES: This end of terrace property is in a very quiet road with numerous neighbors in close proximity. ➢ This is a NO SMOKING property. Any additional cleaning fee's incurred will deducted from the AirB&B security deposit. ➢ The property is unfortunately not suitable for pets, and may not be suitable for the elderly who might struggle with narrow stairs or very young children as we do not have stair guards etc ☹. As a period property the staircase is very steep and thin as it curve's around at the top, so please see the photos before booking if you have any concerns. We are really sorry that we now have to start our listing details with House Rules, however a recent booking was made with the sole purpose of using this property for a house party which had to be dealt with via Police attendance. The Farmers market on Sunday is a must!
