Enjoy your holiday in a modern and spacious apartment (64 sqm) with access to the garden. One bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. Justneshalvøya is an idyllic residential area located between Kristiansand city center and Dyreparken. Nice hiking trails, small beaches, and playgrounds in the area. Free parking. (Charging upon request, bring type 2 charger). Busstop close by. App. 15 min drive to Kjevik airport, Dyreparken Zoo and downtown. The space This is a bright and modern apartment on the 1st floor of our house. There is a living room with a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, fridge, freezer and a stove. The bedroom has a queen sized bed (160cmx200cm) and a small sofa bed (128x195 = suitable for 1-2 children). There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room (140cmx200cm). Spacious bathroom with a shower. The washing machine is in the technical room. The apartment is on the 1st floor with everything on one level and access to the garden. The apartment has its own, separate entrance. (there is a door between the housing units, but this is locked). TV with Altibox and HDMI cable (not smart TV). Guest access Entire apartment with access to shared garden with separate sitting area / small terrace belonging to the apartment. Free parking in front of the house (in our driveway. You may charge your car upon request (a fee will apply, you must bring your own Type 2 charger). Children may play in the garden. Travel cot available upon request. Other things to note We are a couple with one child. The house is not sound proof, so you might hear some noise between the apartments. We live a calm life, and go to bed early and appreciate peace after 10:30 p.m. We intend to do our best to give our guests a pleasant stay.
