Forget your worries in this spacious (almost 1200sq ft) and serene space. You have the complete Lower Level which has a locking keypad on the sliding glass door. Previously listed on Airbnb with only 5-star reviews! Right between the Grace College Fields & Trails and Stonehenge Golf Course (which are both in Winona Lake) Access the beautiful trails a short distance from our house. There is also a wonderful playgound there. Cornhole, Bocce Ball, and Hot Dog sticks available and usually our bikes. The space The master suite is beautiful! Complete with desk and tub and shower and privacy curtain. The former master closet is now a room with a bunkbed that has a sliding pocket door but no window, so it is technically not a bedroom. Although when our kids are in town, we have slept four grandkids in there - there is a third mattress that slides under the bunkbed that someone can use on the floor, and we have a pack and play available upon request. There is also a futon in the living room. Guest access What you see is what you get. When we have guests we try to stay out of the backyard, so you probably won’t be seeing us unless you need something and ask. Other things to note We don’t own the pond, but we have the best view of it. But it is off-limits, except to look at the big fish in it. But keep small kids away at all times.
