When you enter my house, you should be seduced by the charm of the old and discover my decoration, my photos... I bet you'll take care of my house as if it were your own, that you'll enjoy this place with pleasure. I'm not at home much. The space As a rule, I know that co-location requires small rules of "living together", respect for everyone and the places. It is in this spirit that I welcome people to the house with pleasure. ROOMS: - Main Floor: 1 bedroom with 16m2 TV communicating on 1 shower room/toilet. - On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (18m2 and 25m2) with TV with 1 shower room/toilet on the same landing. The largest bedroom can accommodate 2 extra beds. 1 master suite (20m2) with TV and its own bathroom and separate toilet (additional fee, consult me). - On the second floor: 2 bedrooms (14m2 and 17m2) with TV with 1 shower room and separate toilet on the same landing. THE KITCHEN has: - a gas stove. - a microwave. - a fridge. - a dishwasher: provide lozenges, - a classic coffee maker, a senseo: provide your coffee and pods. - a shelf where you can unpack your food. Please bring your own products like oil, salt, pepper, wipes, dish soap, dishwasher... BATHROOMS/WC In each shower room you will find a hair dryer. Please bring your towels and also bring toilet paper. THE GARDEN The garden will also welcome you with its armchairs and deckchairs. You can also eat there. Since the house is NON-SMOKING, you will find in the garden an ashtray. Check-in time is possible from 5pm and maximum departure is 10am. There's an error with Airbnb's website. Cleaning fees, correspond to the linen fee (7 euros per bed). Sheets will be charged with each change for washing. There's no cleaning fee because it's your responsibility. By accepting guests into my home, I want to be able to trust. I hope you will be committed to making my home in a state of impeccable cleanliness as when you arrived! However, I request a deposit for the cleaning of 40 euros per person (cash or transfer before check-in) that I reserve the right to keep in case the cleaning is not done or not properly done. Products, cloths, vacuum cleaner... are available on-site. This deposit can also be used in full in case of loss of the key. Even if you come for work, Rions, a small medieval village, awaits you for the discovery of its towers, alleys, ramparts... The house is in the heart of the medieval village between vineyards and the banks of the Garonne 25 km from Bordeaux and 35 from Saint-émilion. From the village of Rions, there are many paths for walking, mountain biking/mountain biking, jogging... Next to the house there is a small grocery store that also does post office, tobacco, bread depots. It's open every day except Mondays. Nearby there is also a pizzeria and a semi gourmet restaurant. 3km away is a supermarket with an electric charger. 5km away, you can discover the bastide of Cadillac sur Garonne and its Château du Duc d 'Epernon. On Saturdays a big market offers many products. The city of Cadillac also offers all the services: tourist office, pharmacy, restaurants... Guest access Kitchen, living room, covered terrace, garden. Other things to note In the event of high water, electricity and gas consumption, I will be obliged to re-invoice the excess.
