The Gym Apartment - Downtown Paris TX

Unique, family-friendly & creatively renovated historic 1939 Paris High School gymnasium. Well-apportioned apartment sleeps 8; fun loft kid bedroom with 2and two large living spaces. Rent the apartment, and for a fee add the 8000+ sf all weather gym space that will keep you entertained for hours. Gym floor is $100 if you rent the apartment for 2 nights. Apartment check-out times apply to gym, terms available for longer stays. Sorry--we can't rent the gym area alone. The space Main entrance opens to a living space with a pull-out sleeper, two flanking bathrooms, and two doors to access the large gym floor (access available for an additional fee). Proceed up the stairs to another living area (with another sleeper) and kitchen, with a king bed master suite on one side and a loft bedroom area with two twin beds adjacent to the kitchen. Exercise care when going up and down stairs leading to the bedrooms--the ceilings are a little low, even for those of average height! Guest access Rental of the apartment space alone does not give you access to the main gym floor area with the basketball hoops/volleyball nets. I can't rent the gym space separately since the only available restrooms are in the residence. Access to the steel building on premises is also not available at this time. Other things to note Volleyball net set up is available for an extra $100 and must be pre-arranged. Please do not attempt to set up the net yourself.
