HOUSE RULES - MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 10 - QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $40 fee per night, per dog. Up to 3 dogs allowed. We do not accept cats due to the homeowner's allergies. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. - VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located on the driveway, the backyard and outside the front door - There is a detached guest house (not part of your rental!) on the property in the driveway. A long term tenant resides in the guest house. - Please be aware that your access is limited to the main house, and no other areas or structures are included in your arrangement. - The backyard is fully fenced when both side gates are locked shut. - The fireplace is not operational. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
