The space Beachside Haven in La Jolla Shores – Fire Pit Nights & Ocean Breezes Step just minutes to La Jolla Shores Beach and enjoy soft sand, gentle waves, and sunny coastal walks. Back at your retreat, gather around the glowing backyard fire pit under twinkling string lights, dine al fresco at the large table, or fire up the BBQ for a feast with family and friends. Inside, cozy corners and modern comforts make it easy to relax after a day of exploring boutique shops, cafés, or nearby attractions. With plenty of space for everyone, this home blends coastal charm with comfort, perfect for creating unforgettable memories by the ocean. ​​​​​​​There's a separate guest house on the property, but it's not included in your rental. A tenant lives there long-term and doesn't have access to your rental space. HOUSE RULES - MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 10 - QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $40 fee per night, per dog. Up to 3 dogs allowed. We do not accept cats due to the homeowner's allergies. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. - VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located on the driveway, the backyard and outside the front door - There is a detached guest house (not part of your rental!) on the property in the driveway. A long term tenant resides in the guest house. - Please be aware that your access is limited to the main house, and no other areas or structures are included in your arrangement. - The backyard is fully fenced when both side gates are locked shut. - The fireplace is not operational. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
