Attic floor in the Künstlerhaus

The romantic, individually and lovingly furnished apartment in the quiet, charming Künstlerhaus has a large balcony with a magical view of the mountains. The house is located on the outskirts of the village in an enchanted garden. It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful excursions can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform. The space The artists' house in the middle of the Samerberg hiking paradise has always been a place for those seeking relaxation and travel enthusiasts, for creative people and those who love the original and the primordial. Now the attic, which once served my father as a production facility for his films, has been lovingly converted into a vacation home. We attached great importance to preserving the charm of the past. The large, sunny living room exudes comfort with its Swedish stove and partly antique furniture, which are combined with designer pieces. From here you enter the large, covered wooden balcony, where you can have a wonderful breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. In the adjacent bedroom, a jungle feeling arises, adapted to the lush green of the birch tree standing in front of the window. The bathroom is equipped with a small bathtub. The kitchen equipment is basic. You can cook, but a 7-course menu would be quite a challenge. There is a small espresso machine, refrigerator and 2 hot plates, pots, pans, plates, etc. are also available. Guest access In the ingrown natural garden, we have built a small wooden platform on which you can sunbathe, relax, read, eat and drink. The house also has a small forest, on the edge of which we have built an observation deck. There you can retreat if you are looking for peace and seclusion and let your gaze wander over the whole valley and the mountains. Other things to note A quiet and friendly Golden Retriever lives in the house with all people and dogs. He is an uncastrated male, therefore loves females at certain times - and does not find male competition particularly great. Important to know: the accommodation is not suitable for parties. Otherwise, I'll get in trouble with the neighborhood.
