Inside are three cozy bedrooms upstairs (K, Q, Q), 2 full baths, an updated kitchen & living room. Full updated kitchen with everything needed for your stay. Downstairs, there's a super fun game room with air hockey, ping pong, games for kids & toys. An additional bedroom has 2 twin beds. There's another queen bed in the common area and an extra living room with TV. Washer/Dryer are located in the basement as well. There's a large attached storage space for bikes & gear. Each bedroom is cozy and well appointed with high quality linens. We provide two town bikes to help you get around. Note, the steps leading downstairs are original to the house and steep. Guest access You'll be provided a key code the day of arrival for easy access. Other things to note Need more space? Ask us about the house directly next door, which sleeps 9 people. Both homes are right across the street from the Arkansas River. The Salida Riverwalk is just behind the Touber building across the street. An easy stroll into town.
